• Order data: Name, possibly phone number and delivery address, ordered items, notes.
• Payment data: Card payment is handled by our payment provider Stripe. Card data is processed exclusively by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: truncated/hashed IP address for abuse/spam prevention, timestamps.

3. Purpose of processing

Processing and delivery of your order, payment processing, fraud prevention and statutory retention obligations.

4. Disclosure to third parties

Data is disclosed only where necessary for order processing (e.g. to Stripe for payment) or required by law. Personal data is not sold.

5. Retention

We retain order and payment data for as long as required for processing and to meet statutory (in particular commercial and tax law) obligations.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data. To do so, contact hydrzdmr@hotmail.com.

7. Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies (e.g. for the cart and the session). No tracking for advertising purposes takes place.
