These GTC apply to orders placed via the NovaKasse online ordering service of Babala Özdemir or of the respective affiliated business.
By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation or acceptance by the business.
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) incl. statutory VAT. Orders via the online service must generally be paid in advance by card (Stripe). The order is forwarded to the business only after successful payment.
Delivery and pickup times are estimates. For delivery, any minimum order values and delivery fees apply, which are shown before completing the order.
Food/drinks already prepared are excluded from return. For justified complaints or cancellations before preparation, the amount is refunded via Stripe to the original payment method.
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is — where legally permissible — the registered seat of the operator.
